This budget compilation from Sony is a scant affair to say the least, but with hits like "Saginaw, Michigan," "Long Black Veil," and "If You've Got the Money (I've Got the Time)," it's impossible to write off completely. Listeners looking for a more comprehensive Lefty Frizzell anthology should pick up the Raven label's excellent That's the Way Life Goes: The Hit Songs 1950-1975.
